I love this dish. It was delicious for dinner and then Paul's lunch. I found an old Pampered Chef recipe book and got all Martha Stewart-ish. It didn't take that long either. Hope springs eternal-maybe I'll try it again. I am going to post the recipe on my other blog "The Meal Housewives of St. George". It's new.

Pampered Chef Recipe
I love this dish. It was delicious for dinner and then Paul's lunch. I found an old Pampered Chef recipe book and got all Martha Stewart-ish. It didn't take that long either.
