Goodbye old house, Hello new, yet older house!

Here is the townhouse. I don't miss the 3 stories, but the private deck was awesome.
Snow in St. George! Here is our new place, built in the 50's. It's 1/4 mi from our townhouse (which we have renters in, thank goodness).
We are our own block. We have streets on 3 sides of us.
We have the hugest driveway imaginable. It goes down the side of the house too.
Cozy fireplace. The living room is huge, we love it. I'm sick of doing dishes and microwaving food and wish for a dishwasher and stove for my birthday!
