The picture is on our phone so it will have to be added later. On Monday night our little "eats everything" girl ate a cashew. Her face swelled, turned red and had hives. Think Will Smith in "Hitch". It was scary for a second when our ped. nurse said that if her eye is swelling her tongue could be too, so rush to the E.R. InstaCare was on the way to the E.R. so we stopped there and all was well. Just no more nuts and we got in trouble for feeding a one year old nuts in the first place. Something about not enough molars?? The doctor was really nice and also diagnosed Paul's "bug bites" as shingles (adult chickenpox). 2 for 1 day at InstaCare!
Update: Today I was in a hurry and I grabbed a granola bar for Grace and 15 min. after she ate it I realized it had nuts in it! Don't judge me! Nothing happened thank goodness. She is on a prescription right now so maybe that's why she didn't swell.

Holy cow! That's nuts! (pardon the pun) I'm glad to hear she's okay, and as for Paul, poor guy. I've heard shingles can be extremely painful!
